The West Rutland Golden Horde basketball team scored 75 points and limited the host Mt. St. Joseph Academy Green Wave to 14 in the Golden Horde league triumph on Tuesday.
The Golden Horde now have a 7-0 record. They play next when they host White River Valley for a non-league game on Friday, January 17. West Rutland will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 65-27 league win over Green Mountain (Chester, VT). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-1.
With the loss, Mt. St. Joseph Academy falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Green wave host Twin Valley (Wilmington, VT) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league game on Friday, January 17. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 2-5. Twin Valley lost 44-34 in their recent non-league game against Bellows Falls (Bellows Falls, VT)
