The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Ruidoso Warriors (Ruidoso, NM) and the visiting Socorro Warriors (Socorro, NM), observed Ruidoso's basketball team overwhelm Socorro by a margin of 57-30.

The Warriors (8-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Cobre (Bayard, NM). The Indians come into the non-league challenge with a 5-8 record. In their last challenge, Cobre was trounced by Silver (Silver City, NM), 48-35, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Warriors battle the Moriarty Pintos (Moriarty, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 18. Socorro will attempt to better on its 0-13 season record. The Pintos come into the challenge with a 6-10 record after their 56-30 non-league loss to Goddard (Roswell, NM).
