South Carolina High School Basketball - St. John's beaten by Scott's Branch

The Scott's Branch Eagles were victorious over the host St. John's Islanders basketball squad by a final score of 53-34 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Eagles face the Charleston Math & Science Riptide (Charleston, SC) in a A Region 5 outing, on Friday, January 17. Scott's Branch will attempt to upgrade on its 8-7 season record. The Riptide enter the outing with a 1-7 record after their 45-15 league loss to Baptist Hill (Hollywood, SC).

The Islanders (4-6) will now prepare for their outing against Military Magnet Academy (North Charleston, SC). The Eagles enter the A Region 5 outing with a 14-3 record. In their last outing, Military Magnet Academy ran past Branchville (Branchville, SC), 99-8, in a league outing.
