Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Benjamin Franklin Falcons (New Orleans, LA) and the host Episcopal Knights (Baton Rouge, LA), saw Benjamin Franklin's soccer squad hold off Episcopal by a count of 1-0.

The Falcons (10-8) will now prepare for their battle against Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy (Kenner, LA). The Swamp Owls enter the Division II District 7 battle with a 8-7 record.

Next up, the Knights battle the Dunham Tigers (Baton Rouge, LA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, January 17. Episcopal will attempt to upgrade on its 12-4 season record. The Tigers enter the battle with a 6-3 record after their 8-0 league win over Catholic of Pointe Coupee (New Roads, LA).
