In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Inchelium Hornets basketball team scored a good 26-14 triumph over the Selkirk Rangers.
The Hornets (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Northport (Northport, WA). The Mustangs go into the non-league contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Northport was toppled by Curlew (Curlew, WA), 31-28, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Rangers confront the Cusick Panthers (Cusick, WA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 16. Selkirk will attempt to better on its 5-5 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 8-1 record after their 48-37 non-league win over Oakesdale (Oakesdale, WA).
