The Orlando Science Orcas basketball team scored 49 points and limited the host Merritt Island Christian Cougars to 40 in the Orcas non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Orcas now have a 1-14 record. They play next when they travel to Non JV Opponent for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21.

With the loss, Merritt Island Christian falls to 0-6 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Morningside Academy (Port St. Lucie, FL) to confront the Eagles in a non-league game on Friday, January 24. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 7-5.
