Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Waxahachie Indians (Waxahachie, TX) and the visiting Grapevine Mustangs (Grapevine, TX), saw Waxahachie's soccer squad knock off Grapevine by a count of 2-0.

The Indians (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against Duncanville (Duncanville, TX). The Panthers and Pantherettes enter the 6A Region 2 District 11 battle with a 3-1 record.

Next up, the Mustangs battle the Cedar Park Timberwolves (Cedar Park, TX) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, January 16. Grapevine will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Timberwolves enter the battle with a 1-1 record after their 1-1 non-league Hendrickson (Pflugerville, TX).
