The Eagles (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Midlothian Heritage (Midlothian, TX). The Jaguars enter the non-league battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Midlothian Heritage was edged by Life Waxahachie (Waxahachie, TX), 5-3, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Cardinals battle the Nimitz Vikings (Irving, TX) in a 6A Region 1 District 7 battle, on Tuesday, January 21. MacArthur will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Vikings enter the battle with a 0-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Rockwall-Heath (Rockwall, TX).
