The Norris City-Omaha-Enfield Fighting Cardinals (Norris City, IL) basketball nipped the host Grayville Bison (Grayville, IL), 66-65 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Fighting Cardinals (9-7) will now prepare for their test against Gallatin County (Junction, IL). The Hawks go into the Greater Egyptian test with a 3-11 record. In their last test, Gallatin County got by Agape Christian (Energy, IL), 58-43, in a non-league test.
The Bison now own a 1-10 record. They play next when they host Woodlawn for a Midland Trail test on Tuesday, January 25.
