The Bishop Connolly Cougars (Fall River, MA) basketball nipped the visiting Rising Tide (Plymouth, MA), 59-52 in Monday's non-league test.
The Cougars (5-3) will now prepare for their test against South Shore Vo-Tech (Hanover, MA). The Vikings go into the Mayflower - Comprehensive test with a 1-10 record. In their last test, South Shore Vo-Tech was tipped by Old Colony RVT (Rochester, MA), 62-33, in a non-league test.
The now own a 0-8 record. They play next when they travel to Sturgis West for a Cape & Islands - Lighthouse test on Friday, January 19. Rising Tide will encounter a Navigators squad coming off a 49-39 non-league win over Bristol County Agricultural (Dighton, MA). The Navigators record now stands at 2-5.
