In Monday's non-league outing, the Blessed Trinity Titans (Roswell, GA) basketball squad edged the host Griffin Bears (Griffin, GA), by a count of 57-54.
The Titans (4-15) will now prepare for their outing against Johns Creek (Johns Creek, GA). The Gladiators go into the AAAAAA Region 7 outing with a 8-10 record. In their last outing, Johns Creek held off Sprayberry (Marietta, GA), 54-51, in a league outing.
The Bears now hold a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Westside for a AAAA Region 2 outing on Tuesday, January 16. Griffin will clash with a Seminoles squad coming off a 73-58 non-league win over Central (Macon, GA). The Seminoles record now stands at 12-5.
