Milton Black Panthers (Milton, PA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Bucktail Bucks (Farwell, PA), 65-52 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Milton upgrades its record to 3-8 on the campaign. The Black Panthers host Shamokin Area (Coal Township, PA) to play the Indians in a Heartland I bout on Wednesday, January 17. The Indians come into the bout with a record of 11-4. Shamokin Area won 55-50 in their recent league bout against Selinsgrove (Selinsgrove, PA)

Next up, the Bucks play the Millville Quakers (Millville, PA) in a Midd-Penn bout, on Wednesday, January 24. Bucktail will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record.
