Oak Park Knights (Oak Park, MI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Cody Comets (Detroit, MI), 57-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Oak Park upgrades its record to 4-6 on the season. The Knights travel to Ferndale (Ferndale, MI) to clash with the Eagles in a Oakland - Red bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 6-5. Ferndale won 72-70 in their recent league bout against Clarkston (Clarkston, MI)

Next up, the Comets clash with the Chandler Park Academy Eagles (Harper Woods, MI) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 15. Cody will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record.
