Ohio High School Basketball - Johnstown-Monroe trounces Sheridan

The Johnstown-Monroe Johnnies (Johnstown, OH) basketball crushed the host Sheridan Generals (Thornville, OH), 63-42 in Monday's non-league test.

The Johnnies (6-5) will now prepare for their test against Heath (Heath, OH). The Bulldogs go into the Licking County - Cardinal test with a 7-3 record. In their last test, Heath was trounced by New Albany (New Albany, OH), 43-30, in a non-league test.

The Generals now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they host Logan for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 17. Sheridan will encounter a Chieftains squad coming off a 47-34 non-league win over Alexander (Albany, OH). The Chieftains record now stands at 2-11.
