St. Mary's Springs Ledgers (Fond du Lac, WI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Sheboygan County Christian Eagles (Sheboygan, WI), 76-57 in a non-league bout.

With the win, St. Mary's Springs upgrades its record to 8-5 on the season. The Ledgers travel to New Holstein (New Holstein, WI) to play the Huskies in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Huskies go into the bout with a record of 2-12. New Holstein lost 77-44 in their recent league bout against Kiel (Kiel, WI)

Next up, the Eagles play the Ozaukee Warriors (Fredonia, WI) in a Big East - South bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Sheboygan County Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 4-6 record after their 89-49 league loss to Sheboygan Area Lutheran (Sheboygan, WI).
