The Burlingame Panthers (Burlingame, CA) basketball felled the host Sacred Heart Prep Gators (Atherton, CA), 39-28 in Monday's non-league test.

The Panthers (9-5) will now prepare for their test against Hillsdale (San Mateo, CA). The FIGHTING KNIGHTS go into the non-league test with a 13-5 record. In their last test, Hillsdale was beaten by San Marin (Novato, CA), 42-34, in a non-league test.

The Gators now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Menlo School for a test on Tuesday, January 16. Sacred Heart Prep will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 64-60 non-league loss to Westmont (Campbell, CA). The Knights record now stands at 8-8.
