In Monday's non-league outing, the Thompson Tommies (Thompson, ND) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Badger/Greenbush-Middle River Gators (Badger, MN), by a margin of 68-26.

The Tommies (12-0) will now prepare for their outing against Devils Lake (Devils Lake, ND). The Firebirds go into the A Region 2 outing with a 12-3 record. In their last outing, Devils Lake smashed Grafton (Grafton, ND), 64-44, in a league outing.

The Gators now own a 8-5 record. They play next when they host Mahnomen/Waubun for a A Section 8 outing on Saturday, January 20.
