Becton Wildcats (East Rutherford, NJ) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host New Milford Knights (New Milford, NJ), 57-25 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Becton upgrades its record to 9-2 on the season. The Wildcats host Wood-Ridge (Wood-Ridge, NJ) to play the Blue Devils in a North Jersey - Meadowlands B bout on Wednesday, January 17. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 7-6. Wood-Ridge won 48-44 in their recent league bout against Saddle Brook (Saddle Brook, NJ)

Next up, the Knights play the Leonia Lions (Leonia, NJ) in a North Jersey - Liberty bout, on Wednesday, January 17. New Milford will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 10-3 record after their 63-38 non-league win over Emerson (Emerson, NJ).
