Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Swanton Bulldogs (Swanton, OH) and the visiting Cardinal Stritch Cardinals (Oregon, OH), witnessed Swanton's basketball squad topple Cardinal Stritch by a margin of 52-38.
The Bulldogs (7-4) will now prepare for their test against Wauseon (Wauseon, OH). The Indians go into the Northwest Ohio test with a 6-6 record. In their last test, Wauseon notched a victory over Defiance (Defiance, OH), 35-28, in a non-league test.
The Cardinals now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they host Emmanuel Christian for a Toledo Area test on Thursday, January 25.
