    The Lake Blue Streaks basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Chippewa Chipps to 25 in the Blue Streaks non-league triumph on Monday.

    The Blue Streaks now sport a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Perry for a Federal contest on Wednesday, January 17. Lake will battle a Panthers team coming off a 51-49 non-league loss to Louisville (Louisville, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 6-9.

    The Chipps (9-3) will now prepare for their contest against Northwestern (West Salem, OH). The Huskies enter the Wayne County contest with a 4-9 record. In their last contest, Northwestern was routed by Dalton (Dalton, OH), 61-53, in a league contest.
