In Monday's non-league match, the host Immaculate Conception Lions basketball team scored a tight 55-54 triumph over the Desert Vista Thunder.

In their next game, the Lions meet the Mount St. Dominic Academy Lions (Caldwell, NJ) in a non-league match, on Thursday, January 18. Immaculate Conception will attempt to better on its 11-3 season record.
