Ohio High School Basketball - Patriot Prep Academy trounced by Mt. Gilead

In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Mt. Gilead Indians basketball team scored a decisive 48-23 triumph over the Patriot Prep Academy Eagles.

In their next game, the Indians face the Centerburg Trojans (Centerburg, OH) in a Knox Morrow match, on Tuesday, January 16. Mt. Gilead will attempt to move on its 8-7 season record. The Trojans enter the match with a 9-2 record after their 57-21 league win over Danville (Danville, OH).

With the defeat, Patriot Prep Academy moves to 5-8 on the year. The Eagles host Grove City Christian (Grove City, OH) to face the Eagles in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 16. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 7-5. Grove City Christian lost 49-41 in their recent league match against Fairfield Christian Academy (Lancaster, OH)
