New Hampton School Huskies (New Hampton, NH) fans left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their ice hockey team hold off the host Holderness Bulls (Plymouth, NH), 3-2 in a league match.

The Huskies (6-2) will now prepare for their match against Deerfield Academy (Deerfield, MA). The Big Green enter the match with a 11-1 record. In their last match, Deerfield Academy tipped Choate Rosemary Hall School (Wallingford, CT), 4-2, in a league match.

Next up, the Bulls clash with the Phillips Exeter Academy Lions (Exeter, NH) in a match, on Wednesday, January 17. Holderness will attempt to advance on its 3-6 season record. The Lions enter the match with a 8-3 record after their 4-0 league loss to Deerfield Academy (Deerfield, MA).
