New Mexico High School Basketball - Pecos knocked off by Capital

The Capital Jaguars basketball team scored 39 points and held the host Pecos Panthers to 27 in the Jaguars non-league triumph on Monday.
The Jaguars now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Espanola Valley for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 16. Capital will battle a Sundevils team coming off a 30-21 non-league win over Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM). The Sundevils record now stands at 8-1.
The Panthers (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Mesa Vista (Ojo Caliente, NM). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record.
