The Southbridge Pioneers (Southbridge, MA) basketball nipped the host Leicester Wolverines (Leicester, MA), 53-50 in Monday's non-league test.
The Pioneers (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Prouty (Spencer, MA). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 4-2 record.
The Wolverines now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they host Millbury for a non-league test on Friday, January 19.
