The Lynden Christian Lyncs basketball team scored 79 points and held the visiting Oak Harbor Wildcats to 34 in the Lyncs non-league triumph on Monday.

The Lyncs now sport a 12-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sehome for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 18. Lynden Christian will battle a Mariners team coming off a 56-52 non-league loss to Anacortes (Anacortes, WA). The Mariners record now stands at 7-9.

The Wildcats (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against Lakewood (Arlington, WA). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 5-8 record. In their last contest, Lakewood was routed by Bellingham (Bellingham, WA), 65-57, in a non-league contest.
