In Wednesday's non-league contest, the visiting Helias Crusaders basketball team scored a good 60-42 triumph over the Monroe City Panthers.

The Crusaders (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against Bolivar (Bolivar, MO). The Liberators go into the non-league contest with a 8-3 record. In their last contest, Bolivar topped Sparta (Sparta, MO), 40-27, in a non-league contest.
