The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Sulphur Bulldogs (Sulphur, OK) and the host Lindsay Leopards (Lindsay, OK), observed Sulphur's basketball team overcome Lindsay by a score of 57-49.

The Bulldogs (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Byng (Ada, OK). The Pirates come into the Lake Country challenge with a 4-6 record. In their last challenge, Byng dropped by Madill (Madill, OK), 54-52, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Leopards battle the Pauls Valley Panthers (Pauls Valley, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 17. Lindsay will attempt to improve on its 8-5 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 7-7 record after their 54-51 non-league win over Chickasha (Chickasha, OK).
