Maryland High School Basketball - McDonogh bested by Mount St. Joseph

Mount St. Joseph Gaels (Baltimore, MD) supporters left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host McDonogh Eagles (Owings Mills, MD), 65-45 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Mount St. Joseph advances its record to 10-7 on the year. The Gaels host Pallotti (Laurel, MD) to face the Panthers in a non-league match on Friday, January 17. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 6-9. Pallotti lost 70-53 in their recent non-league match against Our Lady of Mount Carmel (Baltimore, MD)

The Eagles now own a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kiski School for a non-league match on Saturday, January 18. McDonogh will face a Cougars squad coming off a 70-41 non-league loss to George School (Newtown, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 2-7.
