The Farmington Scorpions (Farmington, NM) basketball were winner over the host Miyamura Patriots (Gallup, NM), 74-56 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Scorpions now possess a 8-0 record. They play next when they travel to Rio Rancho for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 21. Farmington will play a Rams team coming off a 59-58 non-league loss to St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM). The Rams record now stands at 9-4.
With the loss, Miyamura falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Piedra Vista (Farmington, NM) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, January 17. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
