Ohio High School Basketball - University School bests John Marshall

The University School Preppers basketball team scored 62 points and limited the visiting John Marshall Lawyers to 54 in the Preppers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Preppers now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Villa Angela-St. Joseph for a non-league game on Friday, January 17. University School will play a Vikings team coming off a 61-58 non-league win over North (Eastlake, OH). The Vikings record now stands at 2-8.

With the loss, John Marshall falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Lawyers host St. Ignatius (Cleveland, OH) to play the Wildcats in a non-league game on Wednesday, January 22. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 2-0. St. Ignatius won 58-50 in their recent non-league game against Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH)
