The Benjamin Franklin Falcons basketball team scored 44 points and limited the visiting Jefferson RISE Charter to 22 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Falcons now possess a 10-13 record. They play next when they travel to Newman for a non-league game on Friday, January 17. Benjamin Franklin will play a Greenies team coming off a 58-47 non-league win over McGehee (New Orleans, LA). The Greenies record now stands at 8-11.

With the loss, Jefferson RISE Charter falls to 2-12 on the campaign. The host South Plaquemines (Buras, LA) to play the Hurricanes in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. The Hurricanes go into the game with a record of 4-8.
