Ohio High School Basketball - Kenton Ridge knocks off Graham Local

In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host Kenton Ridge Cougars basketball team scored a good 62-51 win over the Graham Local Falcons.

The Cougars (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Urbana (Urbana, OH). The Hillclimbers come into the Central Buckeye Conference - Kenton Trail contest with a 13-2 record. In their last contest, Urbana defeated Northwestern (Springfield, OH), 50-19, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the Indian Lake Lakers (Lewistown, OH) in a Central Buckeye Conference - Mad River contest, on Saturday, January 18. Graham Local will attempt to better on its 8-9 season record. The Lakers come into the contest with a 11-5 record after their 40-35 non-league loss to Jonathan Alder (Plain City, OH).
