Florida High School Basketball - Nature Coast Tech overwhelmed by Mitchell

January 15, 2025: New Port Richey, FL 34655

In Wednesday's non-league test, the Mitchell Mustangs (New Port Richey, FL) basketball squad trounced the visiting Nature Coast Tech Sharks (Brooksville, FL), by a score of 65-44.

Next, the Mustangs encounter the Fivay Falcons (Hudson, FL) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, January 21. Mitchell will attempt to improve on its 14-5 season record. The Falcons come into the test with a 8-10 record after their 38-31 league loss to Zephyrhills (Zephyrhills, FL).

The Sharks (6-8) will now prepare for their test against Crystal River (Crystal River, FL). The Pirates come into the non-league test with a 6-8 record. In their last test, Crystal River was routed by Hernando (Brooksville, FL), 44-43, in a non-league test.
