Scottsdale Preparatory Academy Spartans (Scottsdale, AZ) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting North Phoenix Preparatory Academy Gladiators (Phoenix, AZ), 6-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Scottsdale Preparatory Academy advances its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Spartans host St. John Paul II Catholic (Avondale, AZ) to clash with the Lions in a non-league test on Thursday, January 16. The Lions come into the test with a record of 2-3. St. John Paul II Catholic won 5-1 in their recent league test against Heritage Academy (Laveen, AZ)

The Gladiators now have a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fountain Hills for a 2A Central test on Tuesday, January 21. North Phoenix Preparatory Academy will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 5-2 league loss to Rancho Solano Prep (Scottsdale, AZ). The Falcons record now stands at 0-5.
