In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host Osceola Warriors basketball team scored a big 66-45 triumph over the Boca Ciega Pirates.
The Warriors (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Hollins (St. Petersburg, FL). The Royals go into the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Hollins was trounced by Pinellas Park (Largo, FL), 72-38, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Pirates confront the Northeast Vikings (St. Petersburg, FL) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 17. Boca Ciega will attempt to better on its 2-7 season record. The Vikings go into the contest with a 4-5 record after their 50-38 non-league loss to Gibbs (St. Petersburg, FL).
