The Mayfair Monsoons (Lakewood, CA) basketball crushed the visiting Edgewood Lions (West Covina, CA), 63-27 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Monsoons now possess a 11-3 record. They play next when they travel to La Mirada for a bout on Friday, January 17.
With the loss, Edgewood falls to 5-5 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Marquez (Huntington Park, CA) to play the Gladiators in a non-league bout on Friday, January 17. The Gladiators go into the bout with a record of 6-5. Marquez won 72-32 in their recent league bout against Torres (Los Angeles, CA)
