The The Academy Wildcats basketball squad (Westminster, CO), was outscored 63-43 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Kent Denver Sun Devils (Englewood, CO)
With the victory, Kent Denver advances its record to 3-4 on the year. The Sun Devils host Jefferson Academy (Broomfield, CO) to meet the Jaguars in a battle on Thursday, January 16. The Jaguars enter the battle with a record of 3-1.
The Wildcats now own a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Morgan for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 18. The Academy will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 43-40 league loss to Eaton (Eaton, CO). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-1.
