In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Howe Lions basketball team scored a good 69-52 triumph over the Arkoma Mustangs.
In their next game, the Lions meet the Pocola Indians (Pocola, OK) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 17. Howe will attempt to move on its 4-11 season record. The Indians enter the match with a 6-5 record after their 60-41 league win over Hartshorne (Hartshorne, OK).
