The Calvert Hall Cardinals (Baltimore, MD) basketball knocked off the visiting Rosedale Christian Academy Rosedale Panthers (Baltimore, MD), 62-54 in Monday's non-league test.
The Cardinals (14-8) will now prepare for their test against John Carroll (Bel Air, MD). The Patriots go into the MIAA A - Black test with a 5-9 record. In their last test, John Carroll notched a victory over Archbishop Spalding (Severn, MD), 70-68, in a non-league test.
The Rosedale Panthers now own a 12-10 record. They play next when they host Takoma Academy for a Maryland Independent test on Tuesday, January 17. Rosedale Christian Academy will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 73-56 non-league win over Bethel Academy (Manassas, VA). The Tigers record now stands at 12-8.
