In Monday's non-league match, the host Cordova Blue Devils basketball team scored a good 59-45 triumph over the Hanceville Bulldogs.
In their next game, the Blue Devils meet the Winston County Yellowjackets (Double Springs, AL) in a non-league match, on Monday, January 23. Cordova will attempt to move on its 14-5 season record.
With the defeat, Hanceville moves to 7-2 on the year.
