Northwest Christian Wolverines (Lacey, WA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Crosspoint Warriors (Bremerton, WA), 53-49 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Northwest Christian upgrades its record to 6-7 on the season. The Wolverines travel to North Beach (Ocean Shores, WA) to clash with the Hyaks in a 2B Pacific bout on Wednesday, January 18. The Hyaks go into the bout with a record of 3-11. North Beach won 64-13 in their recent non-league bout against Lake Quinault (Amanda Park, WA)

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Pope John Paul II Eagles (Lacey, WA) in a 1B/2B Sea-Tac bout, on Friday, January 20. Crosspoint will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 1-8 record after their 50-37 league loss to Evergreen Lutheran (Tacoma, WA).
