The East Side Red Raiders basketball team (Newark, NJ), was nudged 52-49 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Eastside Ghosts (Paterson, NJ)
The Ghosts now possess a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hillside for a non-league battle on Monday, January 16. Eastside will confront a Comets team coming off a 46-37 league loss to Summit (Summit, NJ). The Comets record now stands at 3-5.
The Red Raiders (8-6) will now prepare for their battle against Arts (Newark, NJ). The Jaguars come into the non-league battle with a 9-4 record. In their last battle, Arts was nudged by Immaculate Conception (Montclair, NJ), 68-63, in a non-league battle.
