Michigan High School Basketball - Hancock ripped by Negaunee

The Negaunee Miners basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Hancock Bulldogs to 25 in the Miners league triumph on Monday.
The Miners now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westwood for a Western Peninsula contest on Friday, January 20. Negaunee will meet a Patriots team coming off a 44-41 non-league loss to Escanaba (Escanaba, MI). The Patriots record now stands at 6-4.
The Bulldogs (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Calumet (Calumet, MI). The Copper Kings enter the Western Peninsula contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Calumet was routed by Negaunee (Negaunee, MI), 65-36, in a league contest.
