The Hill Country Christian School of Austin Knights basketball team (Austin, TX), was nudged 62-55 in Monday's league battle with the visiting John Paul II Centurions (Corpus Christi, TX)
The Centurions now sport a 10-19 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Texas School for the Deaf for a TAPPS 4A District 3 battle on Thursday, January 19. John Paul II will battle a Rangers team coming off a 74-15 league loss to Brentwood Christian (Austin, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 3-11.
The Knights (4-8) will now prepare for their battle against Founders Classical Academy (Leander, TX). The Archers come into the non-league battle with a 23-7 record. In their last battle, Founders Classical Academy edged IDEA Montopolis (Austin, TX), 63-30, in a non-league battle.
