Florida High School Basketball - King's Academy nudges Port St. Lucie

January 16, 2023: Port St. Lucie, FL 34952

In Monday's non-league outing, the King's Academy Lions (West Palm Beach, FL) basketball squad edged the host Port St. Lucie Jaguars (Port St. Lucie, FL), by a margin of 75-68.

In their next game, the Lions meet the Palm Beach Lakes Rams (West Palm Beach, FL) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 17. King's Academy will attempt to move on its 16-0 season record. The Rams enter the match with a 8-7 record after their 63-39 non-league win over Fleming Island (Orange Park, FL).

With the defeat, Port St. Lucie moves to 8-11 on the year. The Jaguars host Merritt Island (Merritt Island, FL) to meet the Mustangs in a non-league match on Friday, January 20. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 8-7. Merritt Island won 62-53 in their recent non-league match against Sebastian River (Sebastian, FL)
