Marysville-Pilchuck Tomahawks (Marysville, WA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Snohomish Panthers (Snohomish, WA), 69-58 in a league bout.

With the win, Marysville-Pilchuck upgrades its record to 1-14 on the season. The Tomahawks travel to Lynnwood (Bothell, WA) to play the Royals in a 2A/3A Wesco bout on Thursday, January 19. The Royals go into the bout with a record of 2-11. Lynnwood lost 62-48 in their recent league bout against Archbishop Murphy (Everett, WA)

Next up, the Panthers play the Mountlake Terrace Hawks (Mountlake Terrace, WA) in a 2A/3A Wesco bout, on Thursday, January 19. Snohomish will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The Hawks go into the bout with a 10-4 record after their 67-50 league win over Everett (Everett, WA).
