The Pembroke Spartans (Pembroke, NH) basketball knocked off the visiting Stark Generals (Weare, NH), 69-54 in Monday's league test.
The Spartans (6-1) will now prepare for their test against Souhegan (Amherst, NH). The Sabers go into the Division II test with a 3-2 record.
The Generals now own a 0-7 record. They play next when they travel to ConVal for a Division II test on Tuesday, January 17. Stark will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 56-55 league win over Merrimack Valley (Penacook, NH). The Cougars record now stands at 4-0.
