In their next game, the Tigers face the M.L. King Lions (Lithonia, GA) in a AAAAA Region 4 game, on Friday, January 20. Tucker will attempt to move on its 13-5 season record. The Lions enter the game with a 4-15 record after their 57-56 non-league win over Northgate (Newnan, GA).

With the defeat, Westlake moves to 7-10 on the year. The Lions host Campbell (Smyrna, GA) to face the Spartans in a AAAAAAA Region 2 game on Friday, January 20. The Spartans enter the game with a record of 12-5. Campbell won 67-45 in their recent non-league game against Stone Mountain (Stone Mountain, GA)
