St. Joseph's Academy Angels (St. Louis, MO) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Bishop Verot Vikings (Fort Myers, FL), 62-24 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, St. Joseph's Academy upgrades its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Angels host St. Teresa's Academy (Kansas City, MO) to play the Stars in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 21. The Stars come into the bout with a record of 4-3.
Next up, the Vikings play the Southwest Florida Christian King's (Fort Myers, FL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Bishop Verot will attempt to upgrade on its 11-8 season record. The King's come into the bout with a 2-10 record after their 43-27 non-league loss to Bonita Springs (Bonita Springs, FL).
